TECHMISSION sells digital products only — Lightroom presets, LUTs, video assets, and related downloads. Nothing physical is shipped.
How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure download link, plus permanent access to your download from your account on this site. There is no waiting period and no shipping fee.
Refund policy
Because our products are digital and downloaded immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued.
Exception: if a file is corrupted, fails to install correctly, or is not what was described on the product page, contact info@techmission.ae within 7 days of purchase and we will either send a working file or issue a full refund.
